New reservations

• While the membership system is unavailable, members cannot log in. Members will therefore need to enter their information again when making a reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• To verify your membership and stay history, please enter the same name, email address, and phone number that you used when registering for membership. If you know your member ID, you may enter it in the reservation form’s questions or comments field.
• We will provide further information about verifying and crediting membership status and stay history after the system resumes.

Checking, changing, or canceling a reservation

While the membership system is unavailable, members cannot log in.

To check, change, or cancel your reservation, please use the link in your reservation confirmation email.

Please note that reservations made using SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB coupons cannot be changed or canceled by the guest. Please contact the hotel where you made your reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For guests staying with us during the maintenance period

• While the membership system is unavailable, member QR codes cannot be displayed or verified, and QR-code-based self check-in is unavailable. Please check in using your name.
• As membership cannot be verified during your stay, it may take longer than usual for app stamps to be credited. We will verify your stay history and provide further information about when and how the stamps will be credited after the system resumes.
