These fraudulent messages often claim that additional steps are required to confirm a reservation or request that guests click a provided link (URL) to complete a verification process. Please be advised that these messages are not sent by our hotel and are not official communications from the third-party booking platforms.

Please note that our hotel will never contact guests through external messaging applications such as WhatsApp to request credit card information, personal information, or ask guests to click on any links (URLs) to confirm a reservation, complete a payment, or perform any other reservation-related procedures.

If you receive any such suspicious message, please do not click on any links, provide any credit card or personal information, and delete the message immediately.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a message you have received, please contact the third-party booking platform through which you made your reservation or contact our hotel directly for verification. Taking these precautions can help protect you from fraud and prevent the unauthorized disclosure of your personal information.
